****I personally love working with the team we have because we`re both innovators and veterans - we invented the online display ad exchange and now we`re building the ecosystem around it. I love that a client can tell us about a business challenge they`re facing on Monday, on Tuesday we meet as a team to discuss, on Wednesday and Thursday a couple of folks (possibly in their first few weeks on the job), solve the problem, and by Friday we deliver the solution live in production. We build things that other folks just talk about, and it`s so much fun to have a team that`s committed to being better every day.

You should have:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s in CS or similar from a solid program with Strong Academic Performance

• At least 1 year experience in a high tech environment preferred

• Strong technical skills desired (For example: PHP 5, JS/HTML/CSS/MySql; C programming in a Unix environment; HTTP, cookies, caching, connection handling etc.)

• Experience with Online Advertising and Ad serving technologies is a Big plus

• An interest in data-driven Internet Business Economics and Market Dynamics

• Extraordinary interpersonal skills
